Users’ personal data such as First Name and E-mail may be processed in relation to persons subscribed to the Newsletter. The data are processed in connection with the voluntarily granted consent, which the User may withdraw at any time by unsubscribing directly from the Newsletter or by unchecking the appropriate box in the User’s profile (at: https://app.outcomeskills.com). Everyone has the right to access his/her data, correct it, delete it, as well as the right to be forgotten.

IMPROVEMENT OF SERVICES PROVIDED
In order to improve the Services provided, develop the portal and enhance the User’s capabilities, Users’ data may be processed. In this case, the data is anonymized (meaning that it prevents direct identification of the User as a person) and processed only for the purpose of aggregate analysis.
